Often people wonder if a condo inspection is needed. Yes, we’ve seen plumbing leaks, mould and unsafe electrical.

The electrical panel is the first stop and we are looking for any signs of improper installation like double taps or undersized wires..

A typical condominium will have baseboard heaters, a heat pump or a fan coil. We inspect and operate these to make sure that you will be comfortable in winter or summer.

One of the focuses of a condo inspection is plumbing leaks. We use a thermal camera and moisture meter to determine if there’s any leaks coming from inside your unit or if your unit is being affected by another.

A typical condo home inspection takes roughly 1 hour to perform. At the end you will have an opportunity to ask any questions you may have that haven’t been answered during the inspection. We are happy to answer any questions!

Before leaving the property you’ll receive a verbal summary of the larger safety and potentially costly issues. The report will be sent as a PDF to your email with photos, illustrations, defects and descriptions.
